Why the add-on is separate. The platform stands on its own and never depends on the AI. Turn the add-on on when you want inquiries answered at eleven at night and reviews that book weddings, and off when you do not. Nothing about your bookings, contracts or money changes either way.
What is included, and what is not
Included. Every feature on the features page, every seat your venue needs, the books, the import of your existing couples, and a walkthrough with a person to set up your pricing rules and pipeline with you.
Not included. Texting carrier fees once your number is live, and card processing fees on payments couples make online when that ships; both are passed through at cost and shown before you turn them on.
Questions about the money
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Your data exports cleanly if you leave, so there is no reason to lock you in.
Do you charge per booking or per user?
No. A venue is a venue. Add your whole team and every couple you book.
Can I start on the platform and add the AI later?
Yes, and the other way round. The add-on switches on in Settings with nothing to migrate.
How does the walkthrough work?
Fifteen minutes on a video call, on the real product with sample data, then with your own pricing if you bring it. No sales deck.
